The recruitment process consists of several stages:
1. Analysis of the application documents.
2. Contact with the chosen candidates.
3. Meeting with representatives of the personnel department.
4. Implementation of the selected gear selection depending on the position.
5. Meeting with prospective supervisors, employees of the team.
6. Making the decision to select the best candidate.
7. Introduction to the work.
